Currently, abortion care is legal in Florida through 15 weeks of pregnancy. But, there are some restrictions. For example, if you go to a clinic in Florida, you must first see an abortion provider in person for counseling, then wait 24 hours before having an abortion. If you get abortion pills by mail, there is no waiting period. If you go to a clinic in another state, there may not be a waiting period.
